Hello all. Exactly a week ago I bought 2 convicts and now I have eggs, this is a 120 gal tank with a Texas (green?) Cichlid and my question is, the Texas Cichlid is helping the Convict stand guard.......any thought?

LOL.... Did ya read up on convicts first? They are the Just add water fish.... I have seen them breed in Wal-Mart tanks... Good luck with them,they spawn like crazy.. you'll be begging people to take them soon.

are the convicts the parents or the texas.. could be interesting.. could be very cool off spring.. best off luck..

lee, lol you are so right and yes I know all about these guys, please look at the comments on the other pic.....the texas and the convict won't let the othe convict close, so I am wondering if the Texas is dad.........Thanks
