Thanks Brian, That omega one super color works well on him. It has been his staple ever since I got him. Amazing for a LFS fish.

Good to hear from you, Roger... yes, the omega one super color does the trick. I also alternate or mix in some omega one super veggie (kelp pellets) and new life spectrum cichlid formula ( these are sinking pellets, so I have to watch not to waste too much). seems to work well...

Brian, we feed omega one veggie flakes and spirulina. We do sometimes do frozen peas and lettuce. Omega is coming out with a super color sinking shrimp pellet. I am going to try on my frontosa's. I can't find a good sinking pellet locally.
