Mike, did you guys get hit bad down there? we have about 2.5-3" of ice so far and its still raining

I lost our trees. ICE is takes them out fast.. NO electric yesterday for 12+ hours but the tank room stayed at 70F (21c) so the fish did fine.. RAIN now and it seems to be melting the ice some.. I wil check for the present Mike..

HEY martin, I was born in San Diego and lived mostly in Ocean beach.. miss it greatly.. Especiall now with cold weather here.. I miss the ocean most of all..

it was a mess yesterday with no electric and NO firewood.. What good is a fireplace if U can't use it?? we got some fire logs at walmart but the electric was back on when we got home.. The wind is blowing some now and we might lose it again.. I pray not.. Our electric lines in our neighbor hood are buried, but it is the feeders that come in that are the problem.. NOT much U can do but stay in.. So far so good for now.. Thanks for the concern Roger..

Mustang Oklahoma.. Moved to Oklahoma in 1970 been here ever sence.. IT is either to HOT or to darn COLD to do anything.. Dont' even talk about those tornados,, IN california U are safe in the sky due to earth quakes, here U are safe in the ground..
the ICe on the roads after 11am is pretty much gone now.. staying bove 33F for now..
