Dane, I just got some small Red Fin Comp they are 1.25". I don't know much about them do they grow slow?

Yea Brian, they grow extremely slow. The two juvies I bought were supposedly red fins, but I think they look more like gold heads.
The best thing you can do for them would be to maintain really good water quality, and try not to let the parameters fluctuate too much. I feed mine bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, spirulina flakes, and New Life Spectrum pellets.

Thanks Dane I have been feeding them New Life Spectrum pellets and spirulina flakes.I'll have to get some Bloodworms.I wish they would not grow so slow.
