Well hello there!!! How are you doing? I'm doing ok and girls are fine. Going back to school tomorrow (wooohoooo) from an unplanned mini vacation, lol. Schools were closed last thrus and fri due to dangerous weather (the highs were minus 20 and lows of minus 40 with wind chill factored in, plus snow snow and more snow.) How is your crew doing?

The girls are doing well. Sorry about the weather, I have been thinking about you in the cold when I watch the weather report...lol. I can't complain though since it is 70 and beautiful here...lol. How are your fish holding up in that intense cold?

The fish are loving their heaters right now, lol, and they are all doing pretty good. I did lose one of my dolphins and not sure why. I'm working on another tank set up, I should have it up soon. Glad to hear everyone is doing good. You need to send some of that weather my way.

I'll try that...lol. I lost my dickfeldi the other day, but I think it was the cylindricus that killed him :( Otherwise all the other guys are doing good. My daughter just found a home for her leaopard geckos so I just got my 20 gallon tank back.....trying to figure out what to do with it???? lol

Hmmm so many choices. What about rams? Thanks to Dan, I'm on a ram kick lately, lol.

Thought about it, but you know how I am about the tangs...lol. I was thinking shell and sand dwellers OR possibly a couple of discus but I'm a bit scared to keep those cause I've heard they are tough to maintain.

I have heard the same. I don't think a 20 gal would be big enough for discus anyway. Yep, I know how you are about the tangs, lol. Some shellies would be nice. Something will 'pop' up for you.

I agree about the discus and maybe I'll just leave the 20 gallon dry......who knows. Hope the weather gets better soon! Have a great day!

Marti, the Discus are not hard to keep. They are hard to raise. They can be kept at the same conditions as angels. Raising takes a lot of work.
