Thank you all... Hey Luke.. I feed them Omega One Super Color pellets, Omega One Super Veggie Kelp pellets, and New Life Spectrum Cichlid Formula.. I usually alternate these foods, but occasionally I will mix them together.. As a treat, I feed Omega One Freeze Dried Krill or Frozen Brine Shrimp... Seems to work well.... Thanks again...
