The male will be brighter with a taller dorsal fin. She is definitely carrying so have some crushed flakes ready.

That' s a female. The belly is pale. A couple of my females have more egg spots than the smaller male (he has only one and I know he's male since I saw him spawn with a female). She does look to be holding.
