his fins are fine. it's just the way that he had them that makes it look funny. he's not picked on at all. he's just old. 15 years

i used to drop a few ice cubes in the water with mine when it got super hot in the house in the summer. my oscar thought that was the greatest thing in the world he'd play and bite at them untill they melted! i dunno about cold water tho...i keep mine at 78
