These are our two pink kisser gouramis. When I purchased them they were the same size. One has grown significantly larger than the other. The smaller one (Ying) was getting beat up by the larger (Yang), so I seperated them. Ying went into his own tank for a while till his fins grew back. I have since put him back in the community tank, and he hasn't been beat up on since. Well at least not anymore than the others. I have a aggresive tank.
